I have stayed here three separate times. The customer service is top-notch, and the rooms are clean. The breakfast has always been good except for the last visit where the oatmeal was soupy and the pastries were stale. However, when the lady in charge of breakfast was notified, she bent over backwards to fix it. She was awesome.

Old, outdated and dirty. Floors needed to be cleaned and it smelled musty and moldy.

Decent hotel for the right reason…and that reason should only be a short stay to get up early to get to the airport. It is a short walk to the terminal. Hotel is a bit dated. Had to move rooms a few times because the thermostat and heat were not working correctly.

Not the best Hampton Inn, but not the worst either. Convenient location close to I-20 and the airport. Friendly staff.
