The walls are paper thin. The people next door had their TV volume too high and they were partying and talking loud. Sleep was impossible. When I picked up the phone to call the front desk, I found out the phones don’t work. Finally at 4am I got dressed and went to the lobby to complain. I was irritated but polite and understanding. I explained the problem and the desk clerk said they would have security go up and correct the situation. Security never came up. I would have heard them. At 5:30 the phone in that room rang but the noice level remained. Finally near 6am the talking stopped but the TV volume was still loud. The date was Apr8-9. Our room was 1735. I paid $120.42 for the night. I was a walking and tired. Online the price is $79. One Star is how I can post a review. A motel 6 would be better.

The casino is very nice. Lots of machines. Rooms at the hotel are nice. But the elevators do not work. We had to wait 10 mins or more every time we wanted to use the elevator. We waited 30 minutes to get on elevator when we were trying to leave. Taking the stairs would’ve been out of the question as we were on the 17th floor and with luggage!! Everyone was complaining about the wait for an elevator. Only 2 were working in March when I was there. And apparently Bally’s does not seem to want to get the other 2 working. Not planning on staying there anytime soon.

The restaurant needs to trim fat off of 18.00 pork chops plate with 2 sides and the waitress was not as attentive as she should have been couldn't chew green beans and this is my second time having to ask for something else for that price

My King size suite had fleas. F.l.e.a.s. Felt them, saw them. Initially I just wanted to report it so that they are aware. But THEN I was told I could lift up my clothes and show them any bites I might have. What was even worse was speaking with Stephanie Cheatham, guest relations manager. She is awful. No real apology for the experience. Cutting me off before I could finish speaking. She asked antagonistic questions such as, "Are you still treating with a doctor", "well what do you want me to say? I'm sorry?" $150, ma'am. $150.

Walked in place deserted. Didn't hear any clinging of machines or people laughing and shouting cause their winning some. No sit down restaurant. There was one place you could order food then go around corner sit down. Couldn't find a buffet in the casinos like us to. Very disappointed will not drive that far again.

The best option if you just HAVE to stay in Shreveport. But I would recommend crossing the river into Bossier city. Less chance of being robbed or approached by crackheads, among other unsavory characters Shreveport is known for, asking you for money and cigarettes while you play.

I was here for an interview recently, but the experience was amazing. The traffic was low, but going across the overwalk is an experience in and of itself. The workers are friendly enough and much can be found to do as far as entertainment is concerned.

It started out terrible trying to make weekend arrangements & sign up for a players card. I tried to speak with management but she was out for the day. She did return my call & didnt seem to care or offer any further assistance. The customer service was so bad I even called corporate, thinking this cannot be how a company this big manages thier properties. A week later corporate calls & assures me management would reach out to me b4 arrival our arrival. Never happened. Checkin was crazy. They charged our card an extra $50 vs internet confirmation. No explanation. The rooms was disgusting. My husband had bites all over his arm & a few on his face. The food was basic in the resturant. The gambling was even worse. We go to Shreveport LA yearly for a golf tournament (10YRS) If we had to base it on BALLYS experience, we would never return. We Will NEVER return to BALLYS. and neither will other golfers in the crowd. Some rooms was worse than our after seeing pictures. They didnt even have the courtesy to offer a 10% discount or a 5$ player credit. WORST EXPERIENCE we have ever had as a crowd or individual. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE & dont expect any help all the way up the chain of command either. Save yourself the trouble, bug bites, nasty smells, losings, & basic food (we ended up eating elsewhere)

My husband and I traveled out of state to visit Bally's Shreveport last night. We booked our room that afternoon, and when we arrived we were told no rooms were available because 'house cleaning went home early'. With no sympathy or solution from the front desk attendant we were forced to drive all the way home as all the other casinos were fully booked. As if that was not draining enough, this morning I looked at my bank statement and was charged $170. The room was only $120...

After calling twice, getting transferred 4 times, and given an email that was not valid, I finally got on the phone with Simone. She proceeded to tell me she talked to the front desk and I was charged a ‘no show fee’. I told her to check the cameras or talk to the multitude of people in line with me who were also having issues with getting the rooms they booked and she finally agreed they would refund my money. I am waiting to see if that actually happens.

This was an AWFUL experience start to finish, from not having a room, to being charged for a room they wouldn’t allow me to check in, to the customer service during and after.
This was my first experience with Ballys and it will definitely be my last.

Spent one night here. A necklace got left and within 30 minutes of leaving I called to report it, 3 and a half hours later it was gone and the room was cleaned but it was never reported. Hotel full of thieves and liars. Tried to call their HR department and nothing ever worked and no one answered. Should’ve stayed at a holiday inn instead.
