THE MISSING LINK

Originally known as a food truck, The Missing Link moved into a downtown location in 2018. Its big specialty is the gourmet hot dog, which comes in a dozen varieties, including the famous Cajun with alligator sausage and pork. The side dishes include a variety of fries, such as bacon and cheddar, and onion rings. The restaurant also offers salads, burgers (vegan or not) and sandwiches, which are served with a craft beer. Mention to the beautiful industrial steampunk style decoration.
