This wine-growing operation has passed from generations to generations: 7 in total! It is therefore a family area that is committed to respecting and perpetuating traditions. Today, Denis and her daughter Amélie are working with great professionalism and know-how of the 13 hectares of vineyards installed in Fixin, Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne-Romanée and Flagey Echezeaux. The result of good exploitation: naturally controlled wines of controlled origin. The vineyards are cultivated with respect for the environment: no chemical weed, mechanically worked soils, scrapping and harvesting in green… In short, an almost entirely organic interview. The wines, essentially red, have all the aromas of the Pinot Noir. If you are interested, go to the "Napoleon" tasting vault open all week. You will be warmly welcomed by Stéphanie who will make you discover excellent wines.
