LUXXMY is a restaurant with strong Sri Lankan and Indian influences that Chantal Jacquard and her team of Sri Lankan and Indian chefs have created in her farm, Le Fauverney Lodge. A multifaceted place where you can come to be revitalized during a meal, a festive evening or even an overnight stay. Burgundian cuisine is not forgotten, but it is well for this world cuisine, even vegetarian and even vegan, that we must come. You can enjoy refined and colourful dishes that transport us on a pleasant taste and cultural journey. You can enjoy subtle combinations of spices that season meats, prawns, grilled salmon, vegetables and rice. Raitas, samoussas, rolls, curries and others highlight flavours from around the world with an Ayurvedic cuisine, which means with health benefits. Everything is homemade and the chefs' know-how allows them to make a beef bourguignon as well as a mixture of curry massala vegetables or even a simple pizza. Something to satisfy everyone. In summer, you can enjoy one of the terraces and come back for a theatre evening or a concert.
