Cascade, 10 km from downtown, with two waterfalls featuring natural pools ideal for swimming

Superb location, near an old hydroelectric plant now disused! It was the hydraulic power of the waterfall that made it work. The cascade is 10 km from downtown Paraty, near the farm Fazenda Murycana. The last 3 km can be done on foot (or by Jeep). There are two waterfalls, each offering a natural swimming pool in which you can swim. The waterfalls are divided on a relief cut out with a knife. Natural pools ideal for swimming. There are many stills along the way.
