After dazzling the Dijon population with his specialties, Fabrice and his team set themselves a new challenge: to open a pastry-viennoiserie by Gillotte. The name of this new gourmet temple? Beurre Noisette! This talented MOF will be delighting our taste buds with succulent viennoiseries, comforting pastries and quality sandwiches. Among the delicacies that are already a hit with customers are croissants (traditional puff pastry), filled cruffins, the perfect hybrid between muffin and croissant, as well as generous gourmet flans and incredible pain de mie!
