In 2021, the city of Dijon hosted the Tour des Régions des Copros Vertes in digital format.

EDF emphasises the various support options available (energy bonus, CEE scheme, financing with Domofinance, changing boilers or installing electric charging stations). The Copros Vertes scheme set up by the FNAIM, Ademe and Qualitel aims to support condominium managers and co-owners in their renovation projects, through a training programme financed by the Energy Savings Certificates (CEE).

Different objectives but the same direction

The objective for the syndicates: to promote their commitments, the actions implemented and the innovations as players in the energy transition. The objective for the EDF Group: to inform, raise awareness and also train property managers in the eco-renovation of co-ownerships. Reducing the energy budget of buildings requires educational support: "The more you know, the less complicated it is! Eighty percent of condominiums are made up of old buildings dating from 1945 to 1970. Insulation projects, optimization or modification of the heating system, the use of renewable energies or electric mobility are some of the many themes proposed by EDF to social landlords and co-owners' associations.
