The prefect is the direct representative of the President of the Republic and has authority over all State services. In order to ensure that the general interest prevails, the prefect appreciates the notion of «public utility» and the possibility of conflicts between the private interest and the collective interest. associative life: a single window allows you to make representations concerning the creation, modification or dissolution of your association.
assistance to victims: the Departmental Association for the Victims of criminal offences (ADAVIP -21). Its territorial jurisdiction extends to the limits of the jurisdiction of the Greater Court of Dijon.
