The Forme & Zen boutique is also a therapy center. Jean-Marc offers spiritual guidance in yoga and meditation. During one-and-a-half-hour sessions, he reviews your postures with you, correcting them if necessary, and also offers Amma massage (an ancestral Japanese technique), Jacquier bowls and reiki to relax your muscles. A new feature is the possibility of Vedic astrology accompaniment, for greater self-knowledge.
