L'Olympia, located in the city center, welcomed cinema regulars, newcomers and the curious. On site, maximum comfort with 1,645 seats in the multiplex's 10 screens. On the program: all mainstream films, VF or VOST, and 3D screenings. Highlights include previews, discounts for two on Mondays and the famous Candlelight program, featuring classical and modern music concerts by candlelight. Privatization possible for a cinéversaire or to play video games on a giant screen.

Pleasant cinema but it would have that one of the saleswomen tickets is a little nicer (light fixing because it affirmed me without base my universal glasses 3D (Expand brand) could not work in the room).

Il existe actuellement 2 types d'équipement 3D : la 3D passive et la 3D active. Les cinéma Olympia et Darcy sont équipés en 3D active. Ce système permet de restituer une plus grande luminosité sans avoir recours aux écrans métalliques très décriés( ils seront interdit à partir de 2017). Sans entrer dans les détails complexes du procédé, sachez que dans le système actif c'est un panneau LCD intégré aux lunettes synchronisé, avec l'écran à l'aide d'un signal infrarouge qui permet la lecture 3D. Dans le système passif, les verres sont simplement polarisés.
Les 2 systèmes sont incompatibles. Vos lunettes passives ne fonctionneront jamais dans un cinéma équipé en 3D active.
