Suite à votre message, j'espère que vous avez bien lu mon message qui disait bien que la personne de la sécurité avait le droit de regarder à l'intérieur de mon sac, ce qu'il a fait.
MAIS J'AI ÉTÉ SURPRIS qu'il puisse tripoter mon sac.
L'action s'est passée le Samedi 24 février vers environ 16h, en sachant que lui et l'accueil m'ont bien confirmé qu'il était autorisé à tripoter mon sac.
Je veux une confirmation écrite de votre part.
