Restaurant with a courteous welcome offering a unique 3-course menu in Dijon.

Spica is a gustatory address like few others. At the time of social networks and the "m'as-tu vu", the restaurant stands out: a discreet front, a decoration in the making, a disproportionately large space compared to the number of tables... and yet you feel very well. They welcome you with courtesy, they recognize you, they pay attention to you and it warms your heart. On the slate, a unique 3-course menu (lunch and dinner) mastered with brio by the chef Takaya Uchida. In the center of the plate, the vegetables are just crunchy, the cold turnip soup is smooth and airy, the quasi of veal is melting and tasty and the seasoning is impeccable. We warmly recommend it!

Un régal !
De la mise en bouche au dessert nous n'avons pas été dessus...
Les gouts, les saveurs, les odeurs, les mis en disposition dans l'assiette tt y étais !
Franchement chapeau j'en ai encore l'eau a la bouche
Ayant du mal avec les viandes j'ai eu la joie de découvrir une tendresse en celle-ci ... encore bravo

Cuisine très raffinée et originale par les saveurs ajoutées qui restent très subtiles. Service très pro, le tout dans une ambiance musicale jazzy... Très belle expérience.
