Varied dishes based on fresh and seasonal produce by Richard Bernigaud.
The restaurant L'Essentiel has strong arguments: a short menu, a daily menu for lunch, and in the plate so much work and taste. The work done with fresh produce is amazing, as shown by this menu worthy of the greatest: for starters, fennel milk, saithe rillettes with lemon and herb foam, for the main course, a supreme of free-range chicken, celery emulsion, tarragon gnocchi and thyme juice, and for dessert, a poached peach, Genoa bread, ivory ganache and apricot sorbet.

Annual closures: two weeks in February and three weeks in August. Open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. Menus from €39 to €56 (6-course menu Découverte: €64). À la carte menu: about €50. Children's menu: €10.50. Lunch formula: €23. Wine by the glass. Terrace. Gift vouchers. Bib Gourmand awarded by the Michelin guide in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
