A short menu, a menu of the day renewed daily, and in the plate a lot of taste and refinement. Remarkable.
Welcome to the restaurant l'Essentiel where the chef Richard Bernigaud works with local and quality products to elaborate a cuisine full of creativity. The daily menu is renewed daily in addition to the menu and the different formulas, in 3, 4... and 6 services! A gustatory experience for which you will succumb without resistance. In the evening, opt for the pressed foie gras, pineapple confit with passion fruit and sesame as a starter, then the catch of the day a la plancha, cauliflower, avocado, grapefruit and almond as a main course. Professional and friendly service.

Annual closures: two weeks in February and three weeks in August. Open Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. 6-course discovery menu 85€. Wine by the glass. Formulas: 3 courses at 45 € or 53 € with cheese; 4 courses at 65 € or 73 € with cheese; 6 courses at 85 €. Terrace. Takeaway. Gift vouchers. Bib Gourmand awarded by the Michelin guide in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
