Homemade cuisine in a restaurant a stone's throw from the Place de République in Dijon

Interior brewery. Sunny exterior, calm, close to the bodily place of the republic. A half-cost… an eye on the slate that presents the daily dishes and the order. First of all, a very good, perched ham! Then the veal quenelles to the forest… just very good! Finally, and because time is ready, a fruit salad. In short, a very good meal and for cause, everything at the Alhambra is made home and prepared by the chef! It feels in the dishes in the tradition of the French bistro… Unbeatable dishes, free of fiorly and fearless! Everything in a very nice atmosphere to discover!

Une très sympathique découverte que ce véritable bistro de quartier à l'atmosphère authentique. Une salle de bar et une salle de restaurant qui offre un menu du jour apparemment très apprécié d'une clientèle d'habitués. Service souriant et efficace, cuisine traditionnelle avec une petite touche perso qui renouvelle et des goûts francs. Prix tout à fait compétitifs. Nous sommes conquis aussi par l'accueil pour cette première expérience, et nous reviendrons pour confirmer cette très bonne impression.
