Want to go to the restaurant you Saturday evening. No bookings made. Where to go... Well I wanted to try the restaurant " Be Guillaume" in Dijon.

Each time I spent in front, this restaurant aroused my interest. The weather appeared rather chic without being too pompous. The delicious cuisine appeared. On the outside menu, you understand that mostly local dishes. The prices à la carte vary. The menus are very affordable with the view of the setting and the dishes on offer. €23 for starter and main course or main course and dessert and 28€ for starter/main course and dessert. Wine tasting menu at €21.

One is tempted. View from the outside, the room seems chic, clean, friendly. You will pass the door of the lobby of this beautiful hotel restaurant overlooking Place Darcy, usually animated.

A receptionist us request we reserved. No. It then invites us to dine in the wine cellar in the basement. That is not bad tent. The vaulted cellar is nice, bright, clean and the music is decent. You could almost not pay attention to sounds.

In this wine bar, there are mainly tourists. The buildings know that in Dijon it is advisable to book tables in this type of restaurant.

The waiter (sommelier I suppose) is extraordinary. It is very polite, discreet and very funny. Thanks to him, we are immediately at ease. All services, it was wonderful.

The wine list is fabulous. The prices are not exorbitant.

In plato será coq au vin.
For dessert: chocolate mousse and lemon and mirror cassis

The coq au vin was very good but...
The sauce was excellent.
Fresh bread.
However, the meat was not enough to tend and I inopportunely crunched too a large number of short periods of bone which cut me in my gourmet pleasure.
The person who completed me also found tender meat enough, uncooked too quickly. On the other hand, it did not have problems with small pieces of bone which pulled here and there in the dish.
The 2 potatoes that accompanied the plate were not cooked.
Personally, I would have been to find some vegetables in my cuisine, whether carrots, leeks or even the beans dishes. It does not matter to tell the truth. To accompany these good 2 pieces of meat.

The desserts are excellent. The moss was not disgusting and its creamy texture rather surprising. It was not too sweet but missed chocolate. The idea of the small pieces of lemon is very good. It was also a delicious dessert rather successful.

The mirror of cassis was also very successful. I can not say longer in order not to reveal the subtlety of this dessert, because no, it is not a mirror to usual cassis.

As a whole, we spend a pleasant time and we already think of returning to this address in order to try the main dining room of this restaurant.
I went 2 times... and even report: very well for tourists who want to taste local specialties, but for a dijon, it is not worth!
Not very original menu: classics: parsley ham etc...
