And it's not over yet for Japanese street-food in Dijon! Le 100Dô, opened by Timothée, is an intimate restaurant offering a few tables as well as take-away sales. Sandos are king here, the delicious sandwiches that the Japanese love so much. On the menu, several numbers combine flavors and pleasures: breaded pork loin with tonkatsu sauce, prawn tails with avocado and garlic pickles, breaded chicken fillet with smoked bacon and garlic... Accompanied by sweet potato fries or a seaweed salad, they're a delight. The menu also offers a choice of desserts, from mochi to fruit salad. On the spot, try your luck at rolling the dice to win a trip for two to Japan.
