The Ibis Gare hotel is managed by Melina Marais and its restaurant Le Klub is worth a stopover! The chef Stéphane Fouillot proposes you to taste several essential dishes of the Burgundian gastronomy, but also proposals which vary according to the seasons. Try the classic beef tartar, or the more unusual and less expected one with cognac or parmesan. Accompany it with a saint-romain, a great pleasure! The sweets on the menu encourage you to indulge.
