Qualibat is an independent qualification and certification body for construction companies, which has been in existence since 1949. A total of 369 qualifications are awarded by professional commissions, made up of three colleges: companies, users and general interests. More than a dozen commissions are held in Burgundy every year to "Recognize and promote the skills and excellence of building contractors". Qualibat is thus "a trusted player in the construction sector, committed to sustainable development and improving the quality of life". Qualification can be reviewed every 4 years.
