The presence of two qualified teachers in the persons of Jacky Biondi director and Emilie Vanhelle, allow you to make the most appropriate gestures both for a good efficiency and to avoid injury. Here you will find two group classrooms, a weight training area with three mixed trays, one of which is exclusively for women. Athletic Gym also offers different group classes such as tonic gym, CAF, Zumba, biking, step, Pilates. At the end of the session you will appreciate to finish with a saving sauna.
