Opening in 2019 in the Islandview neighborhood, the Faisan microbrewery draws inspiration from Belgian styles to produce its delicious nectars, but not only. In addition to classics like Dubbel, Tripel and Witbier, Faisan also brews IPA-style beers (Double, Session, etc.), Coffee Stout, Saison, Kölsch, American Pilsner and tutti quanti. Food trucks and pop-up restaurants are available several times a week. A great place to take a break after visiting Belle Isle Park.
