EVERYONE in Detroit is talking about this place, and for good reason! Housed in the former New St. James A.M.E. church on the southern edge of the Boston-Edison neighborhood, this café-bar is definitely a cool gathering place. Come for a caffeine fix, a tasty gourmet dish, a cocktail or a mocktail. The place also hosts all kinds of events, from live music shows to yoga sessions and open mic nights. Not to be missed in summer: the Wednesday market once a month (gourmet, artisan, etc.).
