THE FILLMORE DETROIT

A superb venue with a capacity of almost 3,000, located in a historic building opened in 1925 and which, at the time, served as a cinema (State Theatre and Palms Theatre). The venue is now dedicated to music, with established and lesser-known artists treading the boards of the Fillmore in a packed program of all musical styles. The Detroit Music Awards used to be held here annually in the spring until 2019, when the event was moved to the Emagine Theatres Royal Oak.
