Welcome to the Hôtel le Manasses located in the heart of Hautes Côtes de Nuits. The owners, Yves, Francoise and Cécile Chaley are also owners of the vineyard of Domaine du Val de Vergy, a family estate since 4 generations. The hotel is located on the hillside and offers an exceptional view of the Meuzin valley and the domain forest of Mantuan which are more than 500 hectares. The hotel has 12 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own character in a classic style with marble bathroom. The Chaley family, with a sense of welcome, invites you to share its passion for wine grower. Yves Chaley tells the story of his village and his abbey in restoration. He also invites you to discover his wines, red and white Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits, Chardonnay grape varieties, Pinot Gris and Pinot Black around a table in the museum of the field. The tasting is always accompanied by a specialty mâchon, parsley ham, homemade terrine and cheese of the region. You can also discover the observatory of the family property of Forges, a path of 2.3 km crossing a grove of old fruit trees. You may also enjoy a stroll in " jalopy " aboard a Citroen B2 of 1923 .
