Located in a former pilgrim's hospice that has been in operation since the early 16th century, this charming restaurant has been in the hands of the Rayón family since the 1970s. José officiates in the kitchen, and Alvaro is both head waiter and sommelier. In a Castilian decor, you can enjoy a delicious traditional cuisine, and in particular good hunting products (pigeon, partridge, woodcock ...). The building itself is beautiful and is arranged with great care. A very authentic and high quality address.
