Ce n'est pas la première fois que je vais dans ce restaurant et je ne peux en faire que des compliments. Cuisine raffinée et produits d'excellente qualité. Etant une ancienne professionnelle des métiers de bouche je sais apprécier

C’est toujours un plaisir de revenir au Château de Courban : des mets sublimes, un accueil chaleureux, le personnel aux petits soins....
L'étoile est une reconnaissance amplement méritée pour le chef et pour cette maison qui garde son charme et son identité. Au plaisir d’y revenir.....
