At the Col de Jaman, near the restaurant le Manoïre, you can visit the Revon cheese dairy. This chalet has been transformed into a cheese dairy, as part of the communal programme to upgrade the mountain pastures initiated in 2008. At Revon, the public can watch the process of making cheese products. A one-hour visit is offered. It can also be complemented by a tasting, small, medium or large, depending on your appetite of the moment!
