A visit to the Auberge is a must, with its rustic decor and large central fireplace where wood-fired grills are a must. The dishes on the menu are influenced by local cuisine, sometimes served with a Thai broth, such as this fillet of sea bass and its seasonal vegetables. Jean-Charles Fagot prepares his own wine list as he is also a winemaker. Opt for the regional menu, the poached eggs with Chardonnay and the grilled sirloin steak with Epoisses sauce, yummy!

Une adresse à ne pas manquer !!! Où on y mange d excellents plats ! Une cuisine traditionnelle authentique et délicieuse. Que c'est appréciable. Bravo au chef et son équipe. Le rapport qualité prix est à noter. Des serveurs au top , très agréables et à l'écoute du client. Merci pour leur professionnalisme. Et enfin ce cadre ... magique :-) , le feu dans la cheminée a apporté une touche cocoon... Merci. A recommander à 300,% !
