RAVI'S SPICES GARDEN

Here is a good opportunity to visit a spice garden located near the city center and (not too) commercial. The garden is very well maintained, the guide explains perfectly all the workings of the plantation (in English). This playful visit allows to learn more about what shapes the culture of Kerala, its gastronomy but also its ayurvedic medicine. A small store, quite expensive, allows you to buy products based on ingredients cultivated on the spot: pepper, cardamom, ginger, cloves, mix of spices for cooking...
