TAMBOPATA RESEARCH CENTER (TRC)

TRC is one of the most isolated lodges, so it promises a fabulous adventure in the heart of the rainforest. A new access road now places it at 3h30 from Puerto Maldonado on the Tambopata river, 1h of transport by vehicle then 3h30 by boat. We all eat at a big table: clients, guides and researchers, who are numerous there. This allows an interesting exchange of information. Monkeys and other mammals often approach the lodge.
