The Oasis de la Huacachina is a party destination par excellence, and this colorful hostel is no exception (you have to be over 18 to stay here). It's part of a chain with addresses in Lima, Cusco and Paracas, all new and well thought-out. The dormitories here all have their own curtains, connections, lights and bathrooms. Small private rooms too. Nice bar area and terrace, swimming pool, dune just around the corner.
