The Vista Alegre winery, which also passed into the hands of the Jesuits in the 18th century, now produces the famous Sol de Ica pisco, which has maintained the highest levels of quality and purity for over a century. The tour is conducted by a guide with hourly departures in Spanish, English and some French. Cost S/ 5 for 30 to 40 minutes tour through the large bodega and its vineyards. These 5 soles are deductible from products purchased on site if so. Shop at the exit.
