A beach appreciated for the variation in its colors, due to the cliffs, part of the coast's vast expanses of sand.
The road that connects the village of Bordeira to the beach of Amado is simply magnificent. It is difficult to remain objective in front of such landscapes. Although less extensive than its neighbour Bordeira on the other side of the point, Amado beach is still one of the vast stretches of sand on the coast. We appreciate the variation in colour, due to cliffs with different compositions. A little bit of schist, further from the limestone.... In summer, it is quite busy. It will then be enough to walk a little to find a quiet place.
