While Thibaut is developing his company Cycle en Transition around soft mobility by bike and electric bike, he willingly helps Sophie in the exploitation of a farm of 50 dairy sheep of lacaune breed. Milk, cheeses, yoghurts, tommes marinades, lambs in boxes in summer, flours, pasta. You can find them at the farm and on the markets.
