Virgile and Peggy Berthiot dreamed of one day brewing their own beer, a wish that has been fulfilled since the opening of their Trois Fontaines brewery 20 years ago. Indeed, the Mandubienne and the Téméraire, craft beers and 100% natural, are now known throughout Burgundy. Better still, the Mandubienne is 100% Côte d'Or!
