Specializing in the Kentucky fashion barbecue, that is, with slow and continuous cooking of 24 h, this excellent family restaurant opened since 1963 offers all the meats imaginable on its menu: Pork, of course, but also chicken, beef and sheep… All are a feast for the palate. Besides the numerous sandwiches and the famous burgoo (traditional soup in meat and vegetables), salads, seafood and fish (catfish) are also available. The relaxed atmosphere of the hotel adds to the conviviality of the à la carte dishes, but also served by buffet. A very good address.
