Created in 1934 under the name Old Heavenhill Springs, the distillery includes Bourbons Evan Williams, Elijah Craig and Old Fitzgerald. It is also producing many other American whiskies and spirits (rum, tequila, vodka, cognac, liqueurs…). It is part of Bourbon Trail, along with the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience located in the heart of Louisville.
