The Hummingbird Inn Bed & Breakfast is a charming bed and breakfast located in the small mountain town of Goshen, Virginia. Guests can enjoy the three communal lounges, spacious dining room and over 2,000 square meters of verandas, including a front porch and gazebo on Mill Creek. The gardens of just over one hectare also offer a pleasant space in which to relax. Please note that the Hummingbird Inn is for adults only and does not accept pets. History buffs will appreciate the inn's authentically restored architecture, an 1853 Carpenter Gothic house with original rooms dating back to 1780. Goshen was once a bustling 19th-century railway station and welcomed Eleanor Roosevelt on her trip to Goshen in 1935. The surrounding area offers many outdoor activities, including nature walks, hiking, fishing, kayaking and swimming in the spectacular rocky gorges of Goshen Pass. Guests can also enjoy the region's many cultural and culinary attractions, as well as vineyards and breweries. Breakfast is included in the stay and is prepared with fresh local seasonal produce.
