The Trübli restaurant, near Neumarkt, serves tasty traditional cuisine to around 40 diners in a cosy atmosphere. In 2019, chef Alexander Bindig took over this ^18th-century inn. In the evening, you can enjoy the surprise menu, which changes with the seasons. Vegetarian option available. Excellent wine list with over a hundred references and a fine selection of German bottles. Tours of the cellar are available. Attractive terrace and attentive service. Reservations recommended.
