The Chameleon offers the best view of the blue and green shades of the Asinara Strait, Cape Falcone and the Spanish Tower. The best tables are as hard to come by as a deserted strip of sand on La Pelosa beach after 9am. Elegant, a little blinged out, the terrace has large garden armchairs and white-topped tables.
