Guillaume Adam and Manuel Rodrigues, both journeymen carpenters, created Dodecaèdre Charpente to concretize their affinity with virtuous wood construction because it is biosourced and efficient. For the insulation of the wood-frame houses they design, they have chosen the straw solution, which they certify through their membership in the French Straw Construction Network (RFCP). They are also certified as designers of passive buildings and have the RGE Eco Artisan label. Dodécardre already employs 9 people to carry out construction, extension, elevation and energy renovation projects using external insulation in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.
