A TRIBO

The restaurant "A tribo" is one of the best restaurants for organic and balanced cuisine. A large terrace surrounds the buffet with vegetarian dishes, mostly raw, dehydrated or cooked at a maximum of 45 degrees. The greens and plants are organic, coming from the markets in the area. The South African-born chef offers about 20 salads in addition to the hot dishes. If you go there, you'll probably find banana puree, ginger tofu and other gourmet creations.
