This family estate is located in the south of Ukraine, embedded between the Black Sea and the sublime Beykush lake. The vineyards are spread over 11 hectares, around an admirable Bordeaux-style castle. One discovers there autochthonous vines like the telti-kuruk or ancestral like the separavi, from which the famous red wine Kara Karmen is produced. Produced by a particular technique of extraction of dry grapes, it will shock you, seduce you and conquer you by its taste of pomegranate married to the woody touches provided by the ageing in Ukrainian oak barrels.
