SLANA RANGER STATION

At the beginning of the Nabesna road, this station allows you to plan your visit to the northern part of the Wrangell-St.Elias National Park. It is important, in a wilderness environment, to be familiar with your surroundings and to be prepared for all eventualities. Several maps and guides are available to help you plan your getaway in the area. On-site rangers will give you all the advice you need to visit and hike safely. An essential stop to know the conditions of the hiking trails before venturing out.
