L'agence de l'aéroport à Las palmas nous a donné une voiture toute abîmée sans vouloir faire de constat mais au retour ils ont retenu 400€ de franchise.
Je déconseille cette agence.

I do not recommend this rental agency highly. Upon your arrival they asked €50 (for is saying petrol, while the costs more 35-40 euros), and without warning and any reason €1175 retreat thanks to the mark of your credit card for you recréditer a few days later €1000. It lacks €175, but no explanation or justification is given to you. Salt surprise when you enter!
In short I do not recommend this agency...
