Events calendar Tinajo

This folk festival of the Virgin, in honour of the island's patron saint, celebrates the miracle of 1824, when the village of Mancha Blanca, a locality southwest of Tinajo, was spared the lava flow that stopped just before the village. During these same days, the village receives all the craftsmen from Lanzarote, but also from the Canary Islands and Spain on this day particularly followed by all.
