Small church that had great importance and is located near the Barranco de San Mauro in Puntagorda

Built in the sixteenth century, this small church was of great importance, as it is believed to have been one of the first built on the island, like its neighbour Tijarafe. Its interior mixes Gothic and Mudejar styles. Surrounded by eucalyptus trees, it is located near the Barranco de San Mauro with a beautiful view of the sea. It is reached from the El Pino neighbourhood, taking the road to the cemetery and then the turn-off to the right that leads to the church.

Un peu isolée sur une place toute rouge bordée d'un mur de pierres de lave.
Ce n'est pas la plus belle église de l'ile de plus elle était fermée quand j'y suis allé.
