Pessoal do restaurante com cortesia, muita limpeza em geral. Boa arrumação dos quartos. Tenho que referenciar a ANNA com uma simpatia no atendimento do BAR. Por sermos os únicos Portugueses no Hotel não fomos discriminados dos outros hóspedes. Em geral, recomendo este Hotel.

The staff are friendly and nice, but I caught food poisoning from the hotel food at dinner felt absolutely sick for 3 whole days ruined the experience, had to even pay for a bottle of water at dinner which is a joke if you pay half board without a soft drink included the shower room was booked in room 011 absolutely filthy dirty towels were left on the floor had to use my own beach towel the door had even been left open when reaching this room. Would not stay here again.

We hadden een super tijd hier! Super mooi hotel, mooi verzorgd, lekker eten, vriendelijke bediening, zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht,... Gewoonweg top!!!!!! Bedankt voor de fantastische ervaring!

Proper hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Alles goed behalve het eten in het buffetrestaurant. Maar dat kan ook aan mij liggen ben daar nogal moeilijk in

Thoroughly recommend, I stayed here for one week. Hotel and pool are spotless. Food was excellent, staff friendly and professional. The evening entertainment was exceptional.will definitely return

Lovely experience at this hotel. Stayed for my birthday and was surprises with a free bottle of bubbly! The buffet was fantastic evening meals changed every night and the crepe lady in the morning was super friend and knew my order and everyone else order! Food was always freshly cooked and very well presented. I will look to return in coming years

Cualquier hotel H10,.... siempre maravilloso

Solitamente si recensisce un’attività alla fine di una vacanza ma ci sono sempre delle eccezioni. La posizione dell’hotel é ottima ma sfortunatamente la struttura non è dello stesso livello, gli anni passano e si vedono tutti. La proposta del buffet è interessante, peccato però che pur avendo optato per il servizio di colazione/pranzo/cena comprensivo di acqua e vino mi aspettavo di poter scegliere tra quanto proposto nella carta vini tramite qrcode, cosa più sbagliata in quanto il cameriere nei primi giorni della mia permanenza mi ha fatto capire che non potevo scegliere in quanto non usufruivo del pacchetto privilage, dovendomi quindi accontentare con due tipi di bottiglie. In merito alle camere si presentano molto basiche con dei serramenti vecchi e senza alcuna tenuta acustica. In questi giorni il forte vento sta compromettendo il riposo notturno in quanto pur essendo in camera sembra di essere in mezzo ad una tempesta di vento. Per il bagno pubblico una foto che rappresenta il livello di pulizia e calcare. Per quanto riguarda il bar dopo aver ordinato due Mojito apprendevo che in realtà erano due granite, probabilmente il barista non era del mestiere ma utilizzare il ghiaccio da granita é un delitto come del resto utilizzare sciroppo di canna da zucchero e limone al posto del lume. Il Rum era inesistente infatti lo consiglio per una granita alla menta. Dulcis infundo il vento sfortunatamente non permette lo svolgimento degli spettacoli all’aperto e quindi la direzione li propone all’interno dell’hotel peccato che quest’ultimo non ha gli spazi per poterli organizzare. Spettacolo probabilmente bello ma con le colonne davanti molto ospiti non hanno avuto la fortuna di apprezzare la performance di bravi e giovani ragazzi. Evito di continuare essendomi dilungato anche troppo.

We stayed at H10 during our family holiday, and it coincided with my daughter’s birthday at the end of the month. The hotel management team surprised us with a lovely present for her, which made her very excited. We want to express our gratitude to the staff and management team for their thoughtful gesture. The hotel is a very nice place to stay, offering delicious food and friendly staff. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

Un GRAND merci à Jose Antonio au bar, du dynamisme et de l’attention en toutes circonstances.
Merci également à Max de l’équipe d’animation, un jeune homme très impliqué dans son travail, qui sait attiré et unir les clients de tous les horizons grâce à sa convivialité et son aisance dans plusieurs langues.

Malgré une période plutôt creuse, ces personnes ont su nous divertir. Je note principalement une soirée de carnaval grandiose.

Les points sur lesquels nous n’étions pas entièrement satisfait ont été annoncés de vive voix et une réactivité sur des points essentiels était très appréciable.

Our stay at H10 Conquistador in Tenerife left us with mixed feelings. While the service and staff were exceptional overall, there were several aspects of our experience that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the early closure of the pools at 6 PM meant missing out on enjoying the sunset while swimming, which was disappointing. The high price of €8.50 for an Aperol Spritz felt excessive, and the lack of ventilation in the bathroom was inconvenient.

Furthermore, charging €1 for towel changes seemed unnecessary. The stratification between all-inclusive, half-board, and Privilege categories created an uncomfortable sense of class distinction. Especially because areas are restricted to certain categories. On a positive note, the service at the front pool bar was outstanding, and the staff were consistently attentive and friendly throughout our stay.

However, the noise levels during the day and while evening shows were often too high, and the beds were uncomfortably firm. The outdated rooms and unpleasant taste of the coffee were disappointing. Additionally, the repetitive music selection became monotonous after a while.

Finally the reservation of sunbeds starting early morning really was annoying.

In conclusion, while the hotel excelled in certain areas, such as service quality, it fell short in others, including amenities and comfort. Addressing these issues could significantly improve the overall guest experience.

Camerele duble standard nu f. mari,dar suficiente pt doua persoane,doua piscine cu apa calda,din care una infinita,mâncare excepțională și proaspătă la restaurant cantină; n-ai nevoie de celelalte patru a la carte. Atenție pt cine ia demipensiune,toate băuturile la cina se plătesc separat,inclusiv apa. Tot la DP exista posibilitatea schimbării mesei de seara cu cea de prânz dacă anunți de dimineață. Complex situat lângă ocean,relativ aproape de doua plaje cu nisip,dar toată coasta insulei e pietroasa,cu bolovani și tuf vulcanic în ocean,fiind insula vulcanica; e nevoie de papuci de apa pt pietre. Apa oceanului e rece tot timpul anului iar în martie temperatura aerului e cuprinsa între 17 și 23 *C,mai plouă și bate vântul câteodată.

Posizione ottima fronte mare.
Cibo vario ed abbondante. Reception veloce ed efficiente. Piscine ben tenute. Camere grandi e pulite. Personale molto cortese e disponibile.

Des chambres très modernes, un peu petite mais très fonctionnelle avec salle de bains-douche et très bien entretenue. Literie très bonne. Machine à café genre Nespresso. Coffre-fort gratuit. Grande terrasse donnant sur la partie réservée au service Privilège. un accueil personnalisé. Nous étions dans la partie privilège Club. Que je préconise vivement.

Nous revenons de l'hôtel H10 Conquistador. Et nous sommes ravis de notre choix. Pour nous aucune fasse note. La propreté, l'accueil, la nourriture variée en buffets chauds et froids. L'amabilité à tous les étages ! Nous étions au 4ème étage, vu sur mer et piscine. Bonne literie
Nous recommandons cet établissement et y retournerons sans hésitation

De l'extérieur, l'hôtel n'est pas de plus beaux mais une fois à l'intérieur, on est enchanté ! la réception (totalement rénovée récemment) est très spacieuse et agréable. L'accueil est impeccable. Le restaurant (buffet) propose un large éventail de plats avec également du show-cooking et des soirées à thème. Impossible de se lasser, le choix est vaste. Nous avions opté pour une chambre "privilège" donnant accès à un espace réservé aux clients "privilège", à savoir une terrasse privée (7ème étage) avec jacuzzi, lits balinais, boissons (alcoolisées ou non, café,etc.) comprises, fruits et viennoiseries, etc. L'option "privilège" réserve également d'autres services, tels que machine à café dans la chambre, peignoirs et pantoufles, journaux, accès au Spa, petit déjeune à la carte au restaurant "la vita e bella" (sans supplément) etc.
Le restaurant "La vita e bella" offre une carte bien fournie pour le petit déjeuner, servi à table, tout était délicieux et avec une attention particulière pour les intolérances alimentaires que nous avions signalées. Le service était parfait. Le spa est un peu vieillot et tout ne fonctionne pas. L'hôtel organise régulièrement des soirées à thème qui sont de grande qualité (notamment la Fiesta Bianca)
Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui est vraiment disponible, chaleureux et attentionné.
