The French boss, Alain Mills, installed his restaurant in Los Cristianos in 1990. Here you can enjoy very good French specialities such as the frogs'legs to the Provençal, the veal of veal, the Saint-Jacques shells… via a map and a table with the slate that changes regularly. Note: a wide selection of French and Spanish wines to accompany these traditional dishes. The room was very clean.

Le bistrot d'Alain
Ne parlant que peu l'espagnol, nous avons partagé un déjeuner copieux avec de délicieuses coquilles Saint Jacques au bistrot d'Alain où nous avons pu échanger des infos sur la vie canarienne, des sites protégés à visiter . Très bon moment de partage !
