Established in Gueberschwihr since 1690, this 12-hectare Ecocert-certified estate is run by Agnès Scherb and her husband Antoine. They develop a fine range of wines from the 7 Alsatian grape varieties, including a dry, aromatic Pinot Noir 2022 and a Riesling Grand Cru Goldert whose candied lemon aromas are a marvel with a filet of sea bass roasted with almonds. Accommodation: Le Chant des Vignes gîte (sleeps 4) with panoramic views over the vineyards.
